IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS
This TCPA Disclosure ("Disclosure") is provided by Repen, Inc. ("Repen," "we," "us," or "our") in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and applicable regulations and guidelines.
7.1 Consent to Receive Communications
By providing your telephone number to Repen and using our services, you expressly consent to receive telephone calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and other electronic communications from Repen and its authorized agents at the telephone number(s) you provide. These communications may include:
Account notifications and alerts
Service updates and announcements
Customer support communications
Marketing and promotional messages (with your express written consent)
Transactional messages related to your account or subscription
7.2 Autodialer and Prerecorded Message Disclosure
By providing your telephone number and consenting to receive communications, you acknowledge and agree that:
(a) Repen or its authorized agents may use an automatic telephone dialing system ("autodialer") or artificial or prerecorded voice messages to contact you at the telephone number(s) you provide;
(b) Your consent to receive such communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Repen;
(c) Standard message and data rates may apply to text message communications you receive from us;
(d) Message frequency may vary depending on your account activity and preferences.
7.3 SMS/Text Message Communications
If you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Repen:
You may receive up to [X] messages per month depending on your account settings
Standard message and data rates may apply
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us
To receive help regarding our messaging services, reply HELP to any message
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
7.4 How to Opt Out
You may withdraw your consent to receive telephone communications from Repen at any time by:
SMS Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any text message received from Repen. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages.
Email Opt-Out: Send an email to legal@repen.co with the subject line "Opt Out of Phone Communications" and include your name and phone number.
Account Settings: Update your communication preferences in your account settings dashboard.
Phone Request: Call our customer support line and request to be removed from our calling list.
Please note that opting out of marketing communications will not affect your receipt of transactional or account-related messages that are necessary for the provision of services.
7.5 Do-Not-Call Registry
Repen honors the National Do-Not-Call Registry. If your telephone number is registered on the National Do-Not-Call Registry, we will not contact you for marketing purposes unless you have provided express written consent to receive such communications.
7.6 Recordings
Telephone calls with Repen representatives may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. By engaging in telephone communications with us, you consent to such recording where permitted by applicable law.
