REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all subscription plans and purchases made through the Repen platform operated by Repen, Inc. ("Repen," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or purchasing any Repen service, you agree to this Policy.
6.1 Subscription Plans
Repen offers subscription-based access to its platform on monthly and annual billing cycles. All subscription fees are billed in advance for the applicable subscription period.
6.2 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Repen subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at legal@repen.co.
Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel a monthly subscription, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods following cancellation.
Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription, your access will continue until the end of the current annual billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods following cancellation.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
6.3 Refund Policy
General Policy: All subscription fees paid to Repen are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in this Policy or as required by applicable law.
Exceptions - Refunds May Be Granted:
Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues caused by Repen that substantially prevent you from using the platform, and Repen is unable to resolve such issues within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
Unauthorized Charges: If you believe you have been charged without authorization, please contact us immediately at legal@repen.co. Unauthorized charges will be investigated and refunded if confirmed.
Duplicate Charges: If you are charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded.
6.4 Free Trials
If Repen offers a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. No refund is available for the first billing cycle if you fail to cancel before the trial period expires.
6.5 Downgrades
If you downgrade your subscription to a lower tier plan, the downgrade will take effect at the start of the next billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for the difference in subscription fees for the current billing period.
6.6 Account Termination
If Repen terminates your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, you will not be entitled to any refund of prepaid subscription fees.
If Repen terminates your account for reasons other than a violation of our policies, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund of prepaid subscription fees for the unused portion of your current billing period.

Please include your account information, a description of the issue, and the amount you believe should be refunded. Refund requests will be reviewed within ten (10) business days.
6.8 Changes to This Policy
Repen reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
